Maintaining Versions 

Call up the transaction as follows: Menu Path
 Tools ® AcceleratedSAP ® Customizing ® Edit Project
 
Transactioncode
 SPRO
 

Choose  SAP Reference IMG. 
Choose Controlling ® General Controlling ® Organization. 
Choose  for Maintain Versions. 
Select Version 10 and doubleclick on Settings by fiscal 
year. 
If the Determine Work Area: Entry dialog box appears, enter 
1000 or 2000, then choose . 
Select the line for fiscal year 2000, then choose .
You can now see the current settings for planning year 2000 
in version 10. This version includes, for example, 
integrated planning and the possibility of copying 
versions. Currency translation occurs at the average rate 
with a value date of 01.01.1997. To display more 
information about the remaining fields, position your 
cursor on the relevant field and choose F1 help.



You now process the versions required for fiscal year 2001, 
using the settings from 2000.

Choose . 
Choose New Entries. 
Enter the following data: Field
