in call center there are requirement of three things
basically, first (confidence, while interacting the cliet
those who are sitting overseas even without having seen
them), Second (good communication skill with an appropriate
knowledge of Computer with good typing speed) and third
which is one an important thing that is (an Experience) in
the same industry...so, in myself i find all these
qualities...nd I will
prove my self.
well i dunno abh other ppl's , may be they r superior than
me ,,and more literate than me , but i'm hardworking, i
ahve passion to work, i'm adjustable in nature, my
personality is very easy goin , very polite and relaible ,
i think these qualities in me makes me the suiatable
candidate for this post.

well sir its a good question why u hire me in place of u if im sitting here i also asked the same question .first thing not to answer like this having good communication skills ,positive attitude the interviewer sitting in front of u having no purpose to hear all these stupid answers his main purpose is only what role u major play in giving growth to the company and how much u passionate about this job Ru really important from anyone else try to give him the best answers so different and so meaningful answers.
