basic thing is that in a call cente job isto not only
communicate effectively but also tactfully. for this person
have not only good speaker but also a good listener. and i
feel both are at my hand.
i have good communication skills which is the basic
requirement for any callcenter or bpo,and i am capable to
solve the problems,and handle the clients queries.
You should hire me becoz its an organisational requirement.

basically, first (confidence, while interacting the cliet
those who are sitting overseas even without having seen
them), Second (good communication skill with an appropriate
knowledge of Computer with good typing speed) and third
which is one an important thing that is (an Experience) in
the same industry...so, in myself i find all these
qualities...nd i m also holding knoledge how thing happens
in the processes of call center..

well i dunno abh other ppl's , may be they r superior than
me ,,and more literate than me , but i'm hardworking, i
ahve passion to work, i'm adjustable in nature, my
personality is very easy goin , very polite and relaible ,

what is the answer on all of the questions in the ordinate
that is usually used in call center as their part of the
application process, im sorry but you know im having
difficulties with that ordinate or they usually call it
phone speak.

common question used to ask by every HR. Obviously everyone
will has to say YES but unfortunately for the hell shake we
