the requirements needed for the testing like
          Software needed for testing(Like O.S,Browser..etc)
          Hardware needed for testong()
          Network  needed for testing
Test Bed means: 
        The Testing Lifecycle 
        Re-usable Tests 
        Test Harnesses 
        Equipment 
        Automation tools
        Test databases 
        Configuration control 
        Regression testing 
        Data conversions
