Creation of Business Process Document.(BPD)
Identification of Test scenarios on the basis of Business 
Process Document.Try to differntiate between the System 
flow & what the business flow.Try to include those test 
scenarios which have a chance to affect business flow.
Writting Test strategy
Creation of test plan/design 
Writting test cases.
Execution of test case.
Reporting the bug.
As per the R & D comment provided by the Client BA's re 
test the defect.
