V Model is the one of the Life cycle model , V- model is 
Verification & Validation Model.

If i am wrong correct me...

** V- MODEL IS ALSO KNOWN AS VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION 
MODEL.

** IN V MODEL, EVERY PHASE OF THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT 
CYCLE, VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION ARE DONE.

** SO THE ERRORS THAT OCCUR IN A PHASE WILL BE CORRECTED IN 
THAT PHASE ITSELF.
