even though im an MCA graduate i consider my skills more 
appropriate for the BPO sctor.I have good communication 
skills that is the basic requirement of this kind of job 
profle.

I want to impro my communication skills, technical skills 
impromyself

It is right, i am a MCA graduate. I am also technically 
sound to get job in MNC.
But i want to emerge like a leader for which it is 
necessary to have good innerpersonal as well as 
communication skils. I will get oppurtunity to work with 
some fine senior which could help me out to express my 
ideas and view in coherent way. Even i heard that great 
oppurtunity to get impart training in institutu like IIM as 
well as helping out to get some some special certification
CCNP attaract me to getting into call centre

at present BPO is a leading sector, and there is a lots of 
upportunities for fresh graduates either they are from 
technicle background or from nontech background they can 
start there carrier with a bpo industry & also can improve 
there communication skill. so i think Bpo is good choice 
for fresh graduates.

Guys......telling you  a secret ...never try to make the 
interviewer feel that you would use the call centre job to 
get some certification or any thing that would prompt him 
to feel that you have an intention of using the job and 
once you get your ceti done you would kick the org....

do not try answer like "i want to improve my communicatoin
skills ,technical skills"..

               u must answer with +ve attitude only,because
if u have skills only they will prefer u.if u don't have
great communication skills also,u must behave like that u
have great skills and should be positive attitude.

i want to improve my self through this field and i think 
this field is very challenging so i like to accept the 
challange and i thing i can prove my self best in this field

ya i did MCA,but i m interesting working in BPO sector, i 
always believe in work is worship ,is not like that MCA's 
should not do BPO jobs, even BPO providing the same 
position & salaries as that of other sector, i will use my 
knowlegde of MCA for my growth in BPO
           (it's just for answering HR)

BPO is a fast growing sector. So there are alot of 
oppurtunities for growth...besides,being a fresher..as i 
have no work expeience ... working in a BPO will give me 
feeling of office environment and help me a alot to learn 
from my seniors...

yes, I am a MCA graduate and i know its not my directed 
profession to work in BPO. But I have all the skills 
required by a call center employee. I have good 
communication skills,i can interact with different kinds of 
people ,i the thats enough to be a good BPO employee...

Am not post graduate am only graduate . According to me am
looking for call center job because bpo industries are
booming  day by day . Growth rate is excellent . As the
software companies are only in developing states of India
and there are not many employment opportunities for the
people rather bpo's have a great job opportunities providing
good atmosphere , bright future and also shape the carrier
of the person.

think before you do..you took mca to became an It prof then
why    
suddenly move to bpo..it proves that you are not confident
to face It env..

I THINK BPO IS NOT A INBOUND AND OUTBOUND AND ALSO BACKEND 
JOB. BPO PROVIDED A LOT OF GOLDEN CHANGE FOR TECHNICAL 
SECTOR.SUCH AS IT FIELD,NETWORKING,DATABASE ETC.BUT IN S/W 
FIELD YOU HAVE MUST GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN SOFTWARE LANGUAGE.SO 
I THINK BPO IS A GOOD STAGE FOR MCA HOLDERS

B P O is bussines process outsorcing it's a outsorcing mkt 
and included all the outsorcing field like billing 
frequency , marketing , human resourcing , and It technical 
fields , bpo is place where if has techincal knowlde or not 
he can earn lot but yes if person has mca graduate so he 
got opportunity becasue he contain his knowledge and chance 
to progress becasuse india booming in it field and future 
they need mca person if you join and proov stability so you 
in future earn hefty salary.

I BELIEVE A CALL CENTRE JOB PROVIDES A CHALLENGING 
ENVIRONMENT FOR EMPLOYEES TO POLISH THEIR SKILLS,MENTAL 
ABILITY AND MOREOVER IT PROVIDES A MORE GROWTH THAN ANY 
OTHER SECTOR.

Stands for MCA is Master of computer Application.We know 
that BPO work is as for application for proccess in 
different feild as technical,softwre ,database.these type 
of word belong to Computer .so I think BPO is also for MCA.
Tech Support is breaking for MCA .Best of chance in BPO.

Well helping others has become a passion for me and as i 
have done my mca i am looking out for a tech support 
process where in i can help customers fixing there problems 
and make them happy so if i bring my passion to my 
profession i will be very satisfied with my job. And down 
the lane in 3-4 years if my performance is good definately 
mca will help me in getting a better postion in this  
organisation.

ya corrcet.. i am looking for call center job because call 
center is a fastest growing industry today.. it gives lot 
of opportunies for professional and personal 
growth..finally i would like to say, where i am in that's 
not important one, what i did in this field that's 
important one.. so no problem to me..
