We will open the build automatically in QTP using 

Syntax : Invokeapplication ("Path of the application")

by using invokeaplicaiton method..we can open an exe file.

SystemUtil.Run"path of the application"

You can open the build automatically by specifying the 
build path in Record and Runtime Settings.

Or 

use InvokeApplication function.

InvokeApplication "buildpath"

I used this script to start one application. 

You may need to do the same. 

In oSheel.Run row enter the variosu command statement which 
you take DOS Prompt to required path where exe exists. 

Once in that folder just enter name of exe which need to 
start application.
