Call centers come to India because most Indians have a
nuetral accent which is understood easier by
Americans,British,Aussies and Canadians and also man power
is more cost effective, recruirment is easier and moreover
Indians are smart enough in solicting over the phone having
a passion towards customer service.
It's not the unemployment, that is attracting the fortune
500 companies. It is the availability of largest pool of
English speaking labour. This is one of the reasons. Also
Indians are more compentent, skilled and professionals.
These are the qualities which is forcing fator for all the
so called Fortune 5oo companies.

The only and main reason the foreign countries are
outsourcing their call centers to countries like India is
because the labor charges are less expensive than hiring a
labor in their own country!!!! A labor paid in Indian
Rupees cost them nothing compared to a labor paid in US
dollars or any other foreign countries.
the main reason why the call centers are outsourced to
india because the expense incurred is very less and people
are ready to work for the cost which the company offers..
where as where ever it is UK AUS CANADA USA introducing a
customer care center is difficult because people are not
ready to work for the amount which company offers as in
India and even its very expensive to create a call centre
setup
it s due to two main reasons:
first labor charges in india are less expensive if compared
with uk or usa
second, indians have good english accents simply because
they are anglophones
i have finished my b.sc chemistry in 2004 itself and after
that i look after my father business now i like to work in
company if interviewer ask my gap how can i answer??????
