   Release Notes contains User Manual
   It contains operational aspect of the product
   After The Product has been delivered

Release notes contains all know issues and scope of the 
testing, features for this release etc, which means for 
every cycle of testing there will be different releases, 
say for example after 1 release completes the second 
release will come and it has mentioned with all features 
that need to be test and what are the defects still in 
pending and what are not reproducable, PCR changes(project 
change request)etc.

The release notes will be given by dev team to test team 
prior to testing. The most important thing it contains is 
know issues, features which are deployed for testing
