              with different loads.

FT:: Testing the function of the application w.r.t customer
requirements is the FT.

LT:: Testing the application under various loads is the LT

Functional Testing is very important technique in black box 
testing. In this Test Engineer will perform various types 
of functional testing to meet customer requirements and 
customer expectations.

To test the various load conditions on application bulid 
Test Engineer will perform Load Testing.

functional - A process of validating whether the product is
meeting the functional  requirement or not.  
Load  -  Load test ensures that product capable to work
(with stand) till the promised load or not.

Functional Testing is the main and most important Testing
should be done in  SDLC ,Means it will contain all the
functional requirements we are going cover here for its
correctness and completeness in functional testing.

Load testing is requires if the project is going to be work
with bulk of Test data or with bulk of load..

So from testing team we need to ogive assurance like these
two  are working fine..
