If tester found some bugs in the application then he will
prepare Bug Report and will send it to Dev. Team

Its common that the bugs are reported in the format of bug 
report.But if he is about to enter into new company he must 
be aware of the reporting format,as all the company's have 
their own formats.

most of the  mnc s using the bug tracking tool,bugzilla,
testdirector quality centre and so on ..

normal  companies are using the excel doc and with the 
format( title of bug, bug discription,steps to reproduce, 
priority and severity,hardware and software specification, 
status of bug,found, assined to ) and send the mail to 
developer through mail

Each company wil have a bug tracking tool.

For Ex: Quality Center
Test Director

 and u have to know the process the company follows
