question has been misundertood by many of us, we are not 
talking about only English language,although it is 
necessary for us to describe the importance of English 
language in todays scenerio, communication is divine power 
given to us by God to express our feelings and daily 
requirement,communication is needed in every field not only 
in BPO,Wheather you are teaher,doctor,lectucrer whatsover 
profession you are in.

communication skills are important because by the way you 
communicate people can judge you very easily and it also 
proves ur dignity.

faster....it change makes u positive,,,for the

Yes.. Communication skills are most importent these days 
and communication means What we want to tell and what we 
have fellings that we should tell clearly to others. this 
is called comminication. Here are so kinds of 
communicatios. that is Body language comminication, eye 
language comminication, way of talking communication like 
that.. so many.. these all are give to us more Possitive.

language, e.g. for going from one place to other we use 
scooter, car, cycle these are transportation media,by using

as languages. there are so many languages for communicating

world.  Even mother does not feed her one month old child 
till he communicate (in the form of crying) his hunger to 
the mother.  Without communication so many of 
misunderstanding spread among people.  Communication 
resolves so many conflicts which can not be resolved by 
war.  An effective communication builds a strong 
relationship in a family.  It contributes to the growth of 
the organisation.

commuciation one of the expresive way of our thought of 
understanding and thinking or understaning of personality 
or humuanity by the way of speaking with opposite persone 
which he should clarly understand our question or 
answer.now day  every one thing commuciation mean itss 
learning english languagae about according to me

life. with out communication skills we are unable to build
the partnerships.it changes the standard of living.watch
news shows on BBC or CNN. Should not read the local
papers... read only international papers...Communication
skills it is the ability to use the language..
