Test Scenario is complete story of that software with the 
help of that story we can write test cases .

what r the main functionalities we r going to test.we can 
say test scenario is "WHAT TO TEST"

for ex: Age ...........
Age is a text box.check for an age text box whether the 
user can able to enter numeric values r not.


if mention ans.. is wrong pls let me know the writ ans..

Since only Abstract view of the s/w is given so we can't 
describle much about the scenario. And more over  narrating 
a story is not a scenario. scenario is describing a 
situation and possible activity incurred at that time.
scenario 1: Old customer is coming for service then .....
his past reocrds should be available like previously when 
he has come for the service what are all the part has been 
replaced total cost incurred at that time.
Scenario 2 : New customer is coming....
