Proper SRS and FRS from the client

The exit criteria will be 
should deliver the Bug free application.

The entry criteria is same as mention by Chaitanya but the
exit criteria is mostly depend on - Test Cases, Test Plan,
Test Schedule, Defect Report etc.

and BRS.
The exit criteria for testing is 100% testcases should be 
executed successfully
