In the back office, there is only handwork, and in voice you
need to speak for lot of hours continuoously but in back
office you just need to put your hands on the keyboard and
solve customers problem.

i enjoyed work with call center but i occurred a problem with
my ear and my doctor suggested me you should not talk much in
phone
so, i have knowledge and i know how to talk with customer and
how to convince them so i decided to use my quality in same
profile like back office in which i can do my job effectively
without talking on a phone and can solve customers
query....
If one person in ur team is not working as per your
requirement or satisfaction what u have to do? If the same
person tell u to firstly change yourself then what kind of
answer we have to put?
