differnce is execution n examining takes place in dynamic 
blackbox testing and wher as static testing is only review 
process...dynamic testig is better..

Hi

   Dynamic Black box is Execution of an application scnario
   wise.

   Static Black box is Review of Document like Peer review, 
   Lead review, Pl review.
   Documents include Test Case Desgn, Executed, Defect 
   Logging etc.

static block box testing is one who performs on application

without doing any actions.
ex: GUI TESTING, Document Testing, Code Review.


Dynamic block box testing is one who performs some actions on 

the application.

ex:- Functionality Testing

The testing which is exectable is called dynemic testing
Ex;Functionality testing
The testing which is not executable is called static 
testing 
Ex:walkthrough,peer review and visual inspection
