It depends.

(1) Some memory leakage exceptions
(2) Time out exceptions
(3) Functionality missing
(4) Flow between one form to other missing
(5) Output is coming without prompting any validation even 
if we enter some invalid data also
(6) Some UI issues

GUI Errors.
Functionality missing.
Data still in database on deleting from UI.
