hey ur question is not clear which position u went for
interview and what is ur designation. generally u hav to
say ur strengths only coming to weakness don't tell more
than one and it should be some positive aspect like .. i
can't move till my work completes it effects on my
personnel life.....

my strength is my confidence, my weakness is immediate
action, becoming a higher position in that department,
patiently, meeting lot of different people outside,smiling

dedication for the work, confidence and keeness to learn is
my postive points while i get rought some time when i am in
stress this is my biggest weakness.
