bcoz my talent & hard work has not yet come in to light. i 
have enough talent and i think the company i left is not 
the right place to show my talents

Changes is permanent in everybody life.........so am also 
looking a good change in terms of better propect and 
monetary benefits........

For better progress for new ideas and for growth an 
enviroment has to be changed, in my previous job there is 
boundation in work where i cannot develop my skills and 
cannot generate new ideas. I think sometimes for a better 
need,one has to switch over. When you swtich over the job 
you learnt diffrent things to do in other company which 
helps to develop your skills because practical knowledge is 
most important and that will you get to do by changes and 
by doing that.

comfortable salary .but coparing to this organisation my 
current organisation is very small and also my future

your previous company( it gives a feeling to the 
interviewer that u will speak badly about his company also 
after u leave), so its better to say that i have gained
