Scalability Testing: Easy to increase the performance of 
the software if the application demands it.  For example, a 
database application that gives good response time for 10 
users should be scalable for 100 users if required.

scalability testing is done to validate the maximum number 
of user that system can handle at a time

scalability testing is nothing but the stress testing in 
which we will be testing the performance of the application 
under customer expected confugration and under custmer 
expected load to find the spped of the application

Scalability testing defines how many no of users can system 
handle concurrently

Example:Clients requirement is 25 users

Applying 25 users at a time and testing the product

The execution of our application build under customer 
expected configuration and customer expected load to 
estimate performance is called Load Testing or Scalability 
Testing. ‘Scale’ means number of concurrent users.

Testing the ability of a system, a network, or a process to 
continue to function well when it is changed in size or 
volume inorder to meet a growing need.
