Slippage ratio is the difference between the planned
project schedule and actual project schedule. If a
project?s Slippage ratio is more 10% then re-planning is
required.
a) Slippage ratio is nothing but what type of issues
tester sends to that project that is called the slippage
ratio.
b) In other words Slippage ratio is nothing but how
many times tester slippage the work remarks also is called
slippage ratio.

Slippage ratio is nothing but the ratio between the defects
found at UATto the defects found by manual tester. It
should be 0%. There will be an internal slippage ratio
which defines the ratio between the defects found by SQA
(Quality Analyst)to the defects found by manual tester. It
should be less than 2%
