As a TL I am not only responsible to drive the performance
of the team but also help the team members to grow for the
next level by gromming them, identify the areas of
weakness/concerns and try to get the best out of an
individual both for himself and for the benefit of an
Organisation. Work on the areas of concerns both in process
related and personal effectiveness.
1. To understand the strengths and weaknesses of each team
member and train them on aspects that will make them more
efficient and productive
2. To be the point of contact for technical and functional
clarifications and concerns.
3. To take constant feedback from the team and encourage
them to think independent.
4. To motivate the team to work with each other and cater a
good team environment where everyone can do their best and grow
5. To have open communication with the team, provide
constant feedback, provide them a broader view of the
project decisions and involve them on day to day task decisions
I will address the concerns of the team members on a
professional/personal front so that I can interact well
with them as individuals. I will solve their problems and
provide decisions, take initiatives and make/implement
action plans to achieve the set goals for the individual
and in turn for the team. Will groom and mentor them to
reach the next level. Will identify the individual's
strengths and weakness and work on the areas of concern of
the individual to make the person effective on all fronts.
Will motivate the team members with rewards on achievements.
As a team leader, in my way, good communication is very
important with everyone. bcz i am the roll model for my
team member. if i am perfect in my work, then only i can
manage and guide my team. my contribution is to take care
of product and my team members. bcz iam the incharge for
both. i can given a equal priority for every one. No
partiality between one to another. if they good or bad, i
can treat equally in my way, finally i did my job perfect
as well as i will show my team strength ever.
As Team leader, you are the person who is responsible for
the team's performance and team mates. As you are leading a
team and want to take your team among the best teams. So,
projection is important to your targets, goal to be set for
each of the team mate and make together achieve by single
goal. Because Team meams toether Each achieve more
as a TL i tried to devided the project missions between the
members according to thier abilities also i assigned extra
helping an guiding missions related to thier roles in the
group in order to force them to get involve more and
motivate them to raise thier participations in the group
as a team leader we should understand each of our team member
personally and professionally that how they are capable of
doing the things in pressure.
and at the same time we should also have that quality to
show as an example that how to handle the critical situation.
we should motivate the members in front of everybody so that
he gain the self confidence.

Communicate and interact with the team members. They want
regular updates on their personal performance. So I ll Keep
them updated. Celebrate individual and team performance.
Catch people doing something right and focus on recognizing
excellent performance. Set challenging goals, Team will
work hard to accomplish them. Believe in your people.
Majority of them want to perform. Motivate employees for
the next level. Consistent and transparent with the team,
Let the members know why doing an assigned task is
important to you the organization and them. Set the example
for others to follow.
