Call center is a place where people interact thru
phone,provide customer care and processing services.This
field gives us the opportunity to develop our communication
skills like the proper pronunciation of words,the accent
needed,typing skills,proper usage of tenses and the ethical
way to interact with other people according to their
needs.All this are given by the company to their employees
thru language training.And i want to be part of this to
enhance my personality.Lastly,the compensation and benefits
are good and fairly given to all employees.They value call
centers agents as one of their greatest assets.

call center is the only industry in the entire trade market
which pays a person for learning...........that is it gives
me an oppurtunity to enhance my communication skill and
while i learn it am paid for it............more over i can
enhance my skills with an international exposure.............
working in call center is like roller coaster ride for me. u can have best of the both worlds i,e coining money and learning. when it comes learning, u can know what an firm is all about. what it expects from its clients. in a long run you can improve your communication skills, you can know how to make an organization profitable.
hi! am SURESH, from Hyderabad. i completed my MCA in the
year 2008, but due to recession still i didnot get any job
in the IT field. So now, i need to work in order to help my
fimily financially! so i thought of shifting to the Bpo's.
So, in Bpo's if they ask about like this-"why ur selecting
this Bpo field instead of IT field" what i need to answer
to this question! please help me out!
