a)	Test report is nothing but one test scenario after 
execution how many pass or failed reports is called test 
report
b)	In other word how many pass or fail the test cases 
report is called the test reports

A test Report is a formal report or document prepared by 
teh tester once the build has been released and that report 
contains like how many bugs has been logged and their 
status and all the relevant information regarding those 
bugs.

test team and other team(like development team). There are 
two type of report or communication i.e test incident 
report and test summary report.

test incident report: records the detail of unexpected 
events and behaviours that need investigation.

test summary report:it summarize and evaluate the test
