should put his jobprofile in some jobs websites like
Naukri,Times,Monster,Etc,Etc....
as a QA or QC if He/She is trying for Manual or Automation
Testing?

hi
if u r a fresher kep the job profile as Associate software 
test engineer.
if u have more than 1+ to 4 yrs keep it as Software Test 
engineer.

The QA = Quality Assurance and QC = Quality Control. Please 
don't confuse with the terminologies. Why do u want to 
break ur head? Just say u r a Software Testing Engineer. I 
am very much sure that in these above mentioned job portals 
will have the Testing profile option.
