i am going add the test cases documents,if u prepare any
test scenerio,and u can even change any document present in
the configuration tool but u should specify reasons,if u
prepare defect report in excel sheet include that too in
configuration tool,and the built after testing over,there
are many this are few

Configuration management tool eg.VSS 
i will go to add all testing documents like test cases,test 
plan,defect report,log sheet,test summery etc.
