at the time of billing there is no pricing take place

through condition records for this to be happened we need 
to maintain copy controls for sales document and billing 
document

IT DEPENDS ON THE "PRICING SOURCE" & "PRICING TYPE" FIELD 
IN THE COPY CONTROL TABLE AT ITEM LEVEL.

while doing billing the system picks pricing in 3 scenarios.
1.order-billing
2.delivery-billing
3.billing-billing.
These three will happend automatically when we make 
copycontrols between those three.

its very simple. By copying controls system will takes the
