sir , as i m a easily trainable,hardworking,dedicated
towards my work......i m still a fresher but every person
has to start with zero and as u know every one has some
speciality ...........that make you to select me and also
you dont have to waste time ,money for training me
i am a law graduate having passed out in the year 2007. I
want to change my profession and go into HR. As i dont know
the basics of HR, i want to do a certified course first. But
my parents are insisting that i do a SAP (HR) course
instead. I don't have a science or computer background so i
am not sure if i can handle SAP without knowing the basics
of HR. Please guide me as to what i should do first. Also,
can you recommend any good institutes in Bangalore for HR
and SAP courses?
Hello guys i'm doing MBA in HR 3rd sem, I'm appearing for
campus recruitment i wana kno how these interviewver
decides package during interview, wat is the criteria ?
because in same campus one get low pacakage and other get
high.... which could be factor for variation.
