Waht is call centre or what do you understand by a call 
centre?

Call centre is a modern industry, it is a business
organization, which earn the moey and provide the job
opprtunity. It is the leading industry in the world. It is
a mediter between customer and a campay. The empolyee of
the campay receives the call from out side or receive the
call from customer.
Call centre provide good job opportunity for fresher.
The atmospere of the campany is very good. In these type of
MNC, the empolyee are treated as same. There is no
unequality between workers/ or empolyees. The work culture
is very good.There is western work culture in the call
centre.
There are two type of call centre One is Domestic and
Second one is International.

INBOUND CALL we receive the call from customer and
solved the queries. It is a customer care department.

OUTBOUND CALL are those, the Empoyee call or contact the
customer and provide the infromation about campay's new
products and sale the products, earn the money.

AND third one is BLENDED.IT is a combination of both,
that is INBOUND & OUTBOUND>

A call center is where we have interaction between customer
and executives. In these we have two kinds of process r
there one is INBOUND,other one is OUTBOUND
In inbound we will get calls from customers and where as in
outbound we have to make a call n do our business. We have
two types, morning shifts r called as domestic call centers
n Night shifts r done by MNC's . And these MNC's r also
called as BPO. It is the US, UK based process. so for that
fluency and communication in English is must.

second one is the inbound call center from which it handle
scustomers questions and concerns.in this type the customer

Call centre is such industry which is back up of any
organisation, in which customers are not intercated by face
to face, what ever is done it is done through phone or mail
Call center is divided in two parts that is inbound or
outbound, in inbound you recive the call and you have to
satisfy the customer in either way, in outbound you have to
call up the customer to give the info or to sell it depends
on the process,

most biggest point is that they don't have any bar.that
they want a candidates frm a particular stream. will

as for as my concern :call center or bpo is one of the
phenominal industries ,particularly in india and philipine
and its being booming industries from the past four and
half years and its is a just making or receving call to
subscribers for clearification,troubleshoot,information
these all those things you can get by just a call
it is one of the easiest way to provide customer
satisfaction



There are two type of call centre One is Domestic and
