Call centre is a modern industry, it is a business
organization, which earn the moey and provide the job
opprtunity. It is the leading industry in the world. It is
a mediter between customer and a campay. The empolyee of
the campay receives the call from out side or receive the
call from customer.

The atmospere of the campany is very good. In these type of
MNC, the empolyee are treated as same. There is no
unequality between workers/ or empolyees. The work culture

There are two type of call centre One is Domestic and
Second one is International.
INBOUND CALL we receive the call from customer and
solved the queries. It is a customer care department.
OUTBOUND CALL are those, the Empoyee call or contact the
customer and provide the infromation about campay's new
products and sale the products, earn the money.
AND third one is BLENDED.IT is a combination of both,
that is INBOUND & OUTBOUND>

most biggest point is that they don't have any bar.that
they want a candidates frm a particular stream. will

center from which the agents offers and sells differents
products and services through the use of telephone.the
second one is the inbound call center from which it handle
scustomers questions and concerns.in this type the customer

I have done B.Sc.(H)Zoology).I went for an interview in a
call centre.Cleared seven rounds there.Only I was selected
out of 50 people for HR round.In HR round the HR manager
asked me "Why you want to join a call centre after doing
B.Sc.?" I couldn't answer and lost the interview.
