Primary wage types are created from the Model wage types and
it is part of Master data of Employees

Characteritics are defined for then. They start with a Number 

Secondary wage types are not part of employees master data. 
Its also called technical wage types. It startes with a '/'

Primary wage types are std wage types. In order to create a 
custo specific wage types we used to copy it from the 
primary wage types or in short primary wage types are 
system defined.

Secondary wage types are technical wage types which we use 
it for calculation purpose(i.e. in payroll) and it starts 
with '/'(eg. /551,/552,/553)

/559 stands for its is a technical wage type for bank 
transfer
