As long as i am learning,growing and earning.

as long as i feel that my efforts are benifited for the 
growth of the company & that efforts are well rewarded

if my work is going soomthly i will stay, otherwise i will 
quit...........

If am getting a proper recoginition from this 
company....there is no need to quit the job .......if am 
not getting the proper recognition from the 
company.....obsiously i wil look for change...where i can 
get proper recognition.

Before getting marriage I dont think about divorce and as an
Indian easily I wont leave my wife.

Try saying something like: "I do not know exactly how long 
it will take me to make a significant contribution to the 
organization. Until I am privy to some of the company's 
goals and objectives that I would be asked to achieve, I 
could not make that assessment. Could you share with me 
some of the major goals of the organization and what you 
anticipate the successful candidate to achieve in the first 
3 months, 6 months or year?"

well it depends on my work whenever i'll be unable to give 
my best definatelly that day i'll leave this job.
