QC: Measuring & Monitoring the quality of software after 
compleation of every phase.( Through review meatings)

QA is a set of activities designed to ensure that the 
development and / or maintainance process is adequate to 
ensure a system will meet its objects. 
QC is a set of activities designed to evaluate the 
developed work product.

QA is the responsibility of total team and QC is the 
responsibility of testers.

QA means to avoid the Defect.
QC means to prevent the Defect.

QA:This means to conduct review meeting in every stage and 
decrease defects.
QC:This means to validate product working acc to customer 
requirements.
