Use transaction ZQC22

use QC21 - Quality Certificate

Zxxx is a custom transaction that is not SAP standard..

I understand that the inspection lot certificate can be 
generated by either of QC21, QC22, QC23 and Vl71 
transactions.

can any body post more question

create certificate profile and assign to material/customer 
using QC01/QC15 and print/display through qc21

First create certificate profile using QC01 T code & then 
assign it to material using T code QC15.

After this you can check certificate analysis creation by 
using following transaction codes.

A. T code QC20 - From delivery
B. T code QC21 - From Inspection lot
C. T code QC22 - From Batch.
