Command window meand command prompt,
it is a DOS o.s environment.
QTP cannot support this dos environment.

We can get the results from windows xp cmd prompt:

Dim app
set app = createobject ("QuickTest.Application")
SystemUtil.Run "cmd.exe"
app.sendkeys "cd\"
app.sendkeys "~"

After this you can give your input to get the results.
