Customer Care is nothing but the advance facility given by
the company. Customer Care they are giving information to
the customers about the product and If customer feel
anythig difficult about the product they are providing
solution also.
call centre is that centre where we making calls to the
customers for sales or marketing their products. In term of
call center terminology it can be said as in bound and out
bound. This is basic meaning of any call centre.
Customer care is a service that you provide to the customer
which not only brings him back to your company again but
also bring more new customers to your company along with them.
Major corporations in the US and Europe are outsourcing
their back office operations to India to save costs. E.g.
employee payroll is maintained in India for their employees
worldwide. Although these jobs usually are not directly
IT-related, their data-based orientation often means that
they require IT departmental support to be successfully
outsourced.
customer care is nothing but, post sales services, placing
once slef in the other front, acknowledging the actual
desires, empathising, needs, and if not solutions at a
single go, but follwing it up till that level where it can
be.. customer being the fuel of any company needs an
excellent services to enhance or excel in its goals and
standards and business.. business runs on the word of
mouth. If one unsatified customer there whould be a loss of
many potential customer... to conclude "customer service is
that standard of the company that make it or breaks it".

Why do u want to join dell?
Are to compatible to work in night shifts?
Consider a situation when a customer who's an author calls
up to tell that his hardware is corrupted and all his
writings were stored on the system.
Next was technical round. Questions asked were:
what is BIOS?
what is POST?
what is RAID? Mirroring? striping?
what is the CD capacity?
What is the DVD capacity?
What are the different flavors of XP?
What is the configuration of the system u use at home?
what is trouble shooting?
Tell me about your project?
What do u know about the different dell products?
Do u kne about your nature of work?
What if the software field improves and u get a call from
them, would u jump over?
Next was the ops round where they check for ur compatibility
i.e. your long term commitment wth the company.
