For me, call center is a working environment where we are on
a duty to receive calls(Inbound) or make calls(outbound) to
the customers we are supposed to be. We take up the calls
and are supposed to handle the customers very patiently.
call centre is the centre where customer calls (inbound) or
executive calls the customer (outbound) to fulfil their
quries.
callcentre is good as it gives a good chance to grow.
nothing but a chat baffle between the customers and
employyees,remember if a customer sounds cute flirt her
but if a customer who's foul mouthed just PISS HIM OFF
Call center is the fastest growing industry nowadays. It's
about receiving or calling to the customers regarding
concerns with product which is up to. It enhances your
confidence and good communication skills to perform a well
job.
As a employee I am dedicted person to make relation with
customer and make profit of the company and giving him
satisfaction with his querries
and as a customer its a desrving honour place
bcoz these person really serve love and help after
completed their benefit
Unlike any other job, in BPO individual talents are
appreciated; so the growth of individual depends on his own
capacity and when an individual grows, he plays some role
and gives some contribution for the development of the
company, such a feeling gives what you call it as job
satisfaction. So I feel BPO gives us lot of opportunities
and courage to face the competitive world. Also, my efforts
have always been to be a part of global business
environment, that’s the reason I wish to join in a BPO.

Represent our Products Directly We Can Divide Call Center

I have done B.Sc.(H)Zoology).I went for an interview in a
call centre.Cleared seven rounds there.Only I was selected
out of 50 people for HR round.In HR round the HR manager
asked me "Why you want to join a call centre after doing
B.Sc.?" I couldn't answer and lost the interview.
