You need to listen first and let the customer release 
his/her anger. Then if you get the chance to speak 
apologize to the cust if necessary or just tell the cust 
you feel sorry for her/him. Assure the cust youre here to 
help and will do your best. Then try to solve the problem

TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM AND GO THROUGH TO STEP BY STEP
SOLUTION SO ITS MAKE EASY TO THEM ALSO.
EVEN IF THEY ARE FASING SAME PROBLEM ON SOME OTHER TIME 
THEY ONLY CORRECT IT.
