First Of All U Should Hve Enough Faith On Ur Communication
Skills, If I Would Hve Been In that Position I Would Ask
For The Feedback From The Interviewr And Worked On it.
Well i would not take this incident negativelly , rather i
would asked the inverviewer where i have gone wrong there
itself , and try to work upon it positively. I will ensure
myself that every failure makes you even more stronger
from failure we become stronger, we should work on our
communiacation skills improve our computer skills too " one
should be computer literacy must" ..and only after hard
works come the results..

I consider it as my setback and my failure.
I won't get depressed since I believe in famous
saying"failures are stepping stones for success".
I will sit and ponder the mistakes that I have commited and
try to overcome them in my next attempt
I will not be disappointed but rather i will ask for the
interviewer's feedback and try to correct my mistake on
that interview. So that i will have an idea fot my next
interview.
if i say i will not feel BAD or disapointed . i am lying.
i am definatly gona feel bad.i and my husband wil celebrate
my failure. afrter all i got a stepping stone to success
and from tomorrow onwards i would be working on to improve
myself in every way.
i may feel bad initially...but 'm not a kind of person who
will be give up so early in life..i think failures are the
stepping stones of success...in fact this may motivate me
to furthur improve my skills and abilities, and try again
and again with better approach and
confidence.......................................thank you
this day is not my day.but i performed my level best.and i
definetly ask the interviewer about my fault and were i
did.next time i defintely correct my fault and improve my
skill.thank you for giving me this good opturnity to attend
in your company once again thank you.....
There are things that are meant for us. If these happens then, maybe, it's not for you and you are btter for a better job that best suits you. And maybe try to take note the things you had done in the interview and improve the possible floss of it. In the end we can do anything if we didn't pass. Better cheer up cause a better and a brighter oppurtunity is paved us... GO!

Hi all am a btech guy,I have 6years gap,in the beginning I
worked as a lecturer and thereafter I worked in abroad in a
construction company.since I came back to India
I had setup my own business, but that did not clicked.now am
trying for a call center.
So in the interview,if they ask me why am I joining in a
call center what should I answer?
Because a person who has 6years gap and worked in abroad
never joins in a callcneter,so please give the right
answer,what it should be?
You are a team leader handling 15 staff. You know there is
data fudging happening, which is an integrity issue for the
organization but you don't have sufficient data to prove,
although You know which staff are doing it. Now, 5 team
members come to you together asking that they have heard
from the grapevine that they are suspected for playing with
critical data. How will You handle this situation
especially when 2 out of these 5 are actually the ones
doing it ??? This is a mind boggling question for an
inerview, it had me tongue tied for a moment.
