Use the ?alt? property of that object.
msg=browser("MSN.com").Page("MSN.com").Image("Deadliest 
Cars // Crash").GetROProperty("alt")
msgbox(msg)

The checkpoint for this is standard checkpoint.
While creating standard checkpoint, it will list out all 
properties of the object. Select the "alt" property to 
check tool tips
