com architecture needs registratation & classids where as .net 
architecture does not need registration & classids

com dll doesnot conatain metadata and it supports
registration & classids
where as .net dll contains metadata and does not support
registration and classids

In Com no version is maintained but in .net different
version of the component are maintained in GAC.
