This is related to SQL query(Database).
so can get the employees details ordered by employee name 
in alphabetical order by using following query

select *  from emp_deteails Orderby  employ_name

normally it will show in acending alphabetical  order
if you want to display in reverser alphabetical order
select *  from emp_deteails Orderby  employ_name desc
use desc key word at the end of the query.
