badis are client independent

User exits can be used or Implement once but BADI's can be 
used more than once by more than one implementations using 
diffent methods defined in BADI.

we cannot assign user exit to more than one project.
user exits r client dependent.


badi r implemented using abap objects(OOPS ABAP).
badi can u use any times.
