I perioritize continual growth an improvment.An area on
which i would like to focus is managing others who have
diffrent expactation from me.What need to be done my order
to complete responsibilities is intuative for me.So i m
learning how to give batter direction to others who r not
* I would like to keep up with the most current computer
* I would like to be challenged to be a more effective
leader among my coworkers.
* Learning to be an even better multitasker.
* Being better able to balance getting tasks done quickly
while making customers know that I can available to help
i think i have difficulty in accepting defeat gracefully in
public..i have always outdone myself and will always give my
best shot to succeed...i will keep on tryin till i
succeed..dealing with failure is a little difficult for me
My biggest area of improvement would be that I spend too much time with a non-performer in turning him a performer.
Also, I easily relate with people which sometimes becomes my weakness as people start expecting a lot from me.
Its inevitable to any human to have Weakness and definitely
needs to improve on his/her weakness. I force a weakness in
myself when i am not able to compete ,then i look forward
for suggestions / learning from others and with new
initiative's and creativity in myself will overcome the new
challenges and I always keep repeating this strategy from
the day i learned it.
I am not as assertive as I would like to be, but I am
working on being more assertive by being social in large
groups. I also participate in activities at school and
social events, so I am learning how to speak up instead of
sitting back with nothing to say.
There is only requirements document. You have 10 days and 8
resources to release the system.At the end of the 8th day u
tell ur TL that system is ready for release. How will you
proceed with the testing process or in other words what all
approach you will follow once you get requirements.
