I perioritize continual growth an improvment.An area on
which i would like to focus is managing others who have
diffrent expactation from me.What need to be done my order
to complete responsibilities is intuative for me.So i m
learning how to give batter direction to others who r not
self motivated
Its a matter of fact that no one can be 100% in all the
aspects of life whther at work place or else. As of now I do
not find any area of weakness in me but one thing is very
sure if I wil come to know any then assure to come out of it
within no time.
