Accenture may hae a brand name but the internal fact is
only known once you enter the hell. Its a pretty worst work
profile they have, they hire people for certain skills and
once the person is in , he/she is compeled to work out of
profile as they have hired him/her to build a pool which
certainly kills the tech skills of the person. The quality
of technical work they have is so poor all they have is
create word/powerpoint/excel doc with all false readings to
prove them best to their client.
if a person is from technical background looking work tech
work, join IBM,HCL, Wipro,TCS they atleast have reasonablly
good tech work as compared to Accenture.sp. accenture Ggon
is worst, the manager here are from call center background
and donot have idea how IT works and try to portray as if
have all knowledge and make the work a mess they donot know
what knod of technical work needs to be assigned to which
tech. people and try to impose call center techtics in IT.
I.personally,know that Accenture being one of the leading IT companies provides a healthy environment with a competitive edge to its employees. As an aspiring software engg. i would want to commence my career from such a reputed company..where i learn and grow with it exponentially.

Explain what are these standards to check validity and reliability of tests?

letter for the developer position too. After finishing the
technical round the HR question is like this....). Do you
