If you say i will join immediately or based on ur company 
policies, you are definitely a fake candiate.
Tell them that you have a commitment with your current 
organization. so every company will definitely have a 
notice period. you should mention that. otherwise, they 
will treat you as fake...no doubt at all...

period and our resposibilty of preveous organization.Bcz i
