Since the bug has been found later in the project it may be very minor or may be an once bug.we will try to convince the client that the bug occurs in very extreme conditions and end user will not be effected by such a bug.If the client is not satisfied we will apologize him for the mistake and try to convince him that we donot test for money and reputation is wht necessary for us.........in extreme conditions we will convert the project into pilot project............and will ensure the customer that we will test the project free of cost........bcoz sometimes reputatation is much important than money

“I see what you are asking for, but from the user’s standpoint, I think those changes would be more harmful than helpful.”
“Taking the end user into consideration, I firmly believe the changes you requested would create a far less friendly experience overall.”
“While I understand what you are saying, I am not sure it makes complete sense from the user’s perspective.”
“The changes you have asked for are technically sound, but the negative impact they would have on the user’s experience makes them unfeasible in this case.”
