There are two types of call..The inbound and the outbound.

The INBOUND is a call which you are the one recieving a 
call from a customers, with regards to their issues. 
About, OUTBOUND is a call wherein a representative is the 
one who is titled to call a costumers and telling them 
and/or selling them your about your product.

outbond is nothing but where we make calls to customers 
either in domestic call center or in international call 
center it is only making calls.

The outbound is nothing but, the customer having any doubt

In a call centre,there will be two types of calls:

Inbound calls : Employees in a call centre would be
receiving calls from the customers regarding their issues

Outbound calls : Employees in a call centre make calls to
customers to sell their products or to market their products,etc
