2nd and 5th harmonics means- voltages or current having frequency two times and five times the fundamental power frequency..eg. if fundamental power freq. is 50Hz then 2nd Harmonics is a current or voltage having frequency 100Hz and that fifth Harmonic having frequency 250Hz.
