The mass density or density of a material is defined as its
mass per unit volume.
So Density=M/V
Units of Density:-
The SI unit for density is:

kilograms per cubic metre (kg/m3)
kilograms per litre (kg/L)
grams per millilitre (g/mL)
metric tons per cubic metre (t/m3)
